Double Sheet Pile Wall/Double Walled Bulkheads 1

I am looking for design guidelines and any other related information for Double Sheetpile Wall (Double Walled Bulkheads) systems.The system includes sheetpiles driven like a box and each side is connected to the other with tie rods, or simply two parallel rows of piles of equal lengths connected to each other with tie rods. I am looking for design guidelines in both static and dynamic cases. We are required to use this system and cannot use any other system.

Any references,articles,and advices are highly appreciated.
