What kind of allowable loads can I get with two layers of OSB or plywood applied on one(same) side of a wall?

What kind of allowable loads do you want? Out-of-plane, in-plane or something else? For out-of-plane, go back to basic mechanics of materials. For in-plane, match whatever was tested. If it wasn't tested with two sheets on one side then you can't use it.
