Double Interpolation

I wish to know how to do double integration to find a moment coefficient alpha of wall panel

Example

0.8 0.034 0.049
0.7 0.035 0.051

From the table above, how can I get the value of alpha for mu=0.875 and h/l=0.395 using Microsoft Excel
