DOT Regulations for LO2 pressure vessels

I'm trying to find out what the minimum pressure spec is for a cyrogenic liquid oxygen vessel before it needs to be DOT certified.

You will need to go to Subchapter C, part 173.316. I'm assuming your looking for nonbulk packaging. If it is bulk packaging you'll need to check the website for the those requirements.
