Does Precast Frame Structure(Precast columns, beams & HCS) requires expansion Joint?

Hi
I have a full precast frame structure with plan size 100 x 50 m . Does this building require expansion joints? 20 mm gap between every beam and column at corbel is not sufficient?

Is the building exposed to the elements or is it enclosed with a building envelope? 100m for exposed should maybe have a joint at 50m.
