Does anyone know the antenna factor

Legacy antenna manuals can be found at on the Electro-Metris site. Unfortunately, the manual says that an Antenna Factor Graph is furnished with each antenna. Given that you have the serial number, perhaps you could contact them for information.
For what it is worth, the ALR-30 manual gives some examples and states that the typical Antenna Factor is +40db(m-1).
