Does anyone know finish absorptances in the MICROWAVE band

Folks-

Does anyone know where I can go to get hemispherical microwave reflectances (or absorptances) for various finishes e.g. paints, anodize, irridite? I have an alumininum surface and I'm trying to quantify the sky radiation heating (along with the solar heating).
