Does ACI have a scoring method to rate batch plants?

I am looking for a method to score concrete batch plants for performance. I would prefer a method that is weighted to score the most critical components heavier to acheive a score that would be the basis of determining which batch plant consistantly produces the best product. Try the "Ready-Mixed Concrete Association". They have a rating and certification program for their members. Dont know the web site.
