I am designing docks for the first time. What are the best references for me to use? In particular for small timber pile docks with blow away panels. What is a good aid for structural design of group piles?

Do a search under Pile Buck. You will find some good marine construction manuals.

Refer to NAVFAC manuals and also the MIL STD.
