Do you know the name of an hydraulic valve that can replicate the circuit down in the image?

Yellow is high pressure and blue low pressure.
I guess it is pressure relief valve, but i am not finding any similiar to this function. Do you know any component with this function?
The fluid in the blue line in the middle can flow to the third blue line(up) in this configuration.

My guess would be a pilot operated pressure control valve.
