Do you have idea to arrest the leak???

3/4" pipe has leaking from half coupling which is conneting ot headers.
Do you have idea to arrest the leak without use sealant injection box?

* Fluid is Ethylene oxide with some gases.
* Pipe material is alloy steel.

Note:
the fluid is gases and harmful/danagerous.
 
As you state you have a dangerous situation. We never boxed high hazard or flammable materials.

Comeback with some header sizes and pressures and temperatures.

Where is the leak?

What are the other gases?
 
the leak located on the same material of coupling of the line, branched from header

Pressure= 17 kg
Temp.= 200 deg.

gases= CH4+O2 + Ethylene Oxide + ethylene + water
 
Pressure 17 kg?
