I have a business proposal in front of me to buy an 8'x20' composites clave to rent or lease out to companies that don't want to purchase or can't afford this size of autoclave. My question is there a market for this business model? Specifically, would there be someone that would rent your 8x20 to process their parts? Boeing, Lockheed, Bell??

Thanks for the opinions.

Yes, there there will be needs for large autoclaves for the foreseeable future. However, particularly for large parts, it is difficult to geographically separate the lay-up and fabrication process from the curing process. There are many companies that will fabricate and cure parts under contract.

Check on Linkedin, today there was a request for a large autoclave on the east coast.
