Do we need the MultiCAx option for importing Pdb File ?

For Catia V5R10 , we could insert the pdb file(Delmia data).
In this time , we used HD2+DMU.
But for CATIA V5R13 , we can not insert the pdb file.
Doesn't anyone know ?
