Do the Hollo-Bolts connections require seal

Hello!

When bolting to the hollow section using Hollo-Bolts (bolt hole drilled in the wall of hollow section as shown on attached image) is it good practice to use mastics to seal joint to prevent uncontrolled corrosion inside of hollow section/home/javid/Desktop/Untitled.jpg?

Treat is like any HSS member; Either seal it or paint/coat the ID if used outdoors. The bolts are 'almost' self-sealing; the problem is the raw' tubesteel exposed to atmosphere.
