Diver real time health monitor

I´m looking for a device that divers can wear/use it to monitor their pulse, heart rate, etc while they are doing underwater work and send that signal to a console or monitor.

There is any device that can do that, sending the signal in real time. ?

Console and monitor are in the boat. Divers use Kirby Morgan Helmets and umbilical cords

I'd look at hospital remote monitoring units. I have no idea what they are called, I was on the pointy end of one in ICU.

I have seen cyclists wearing units that report core body temp, pulse, and blood ox.
So commercial units are out there.
