I have a substation Single Line Diagram that indicates the protection on the 11kV circuits (which I would have expected to be Overcurrent + Earth Fault ie 50, 51, 50N, 51N) is "ICPT". Can anyone help me identify what this is as I am unfamiliar with the term? Many thanks.

Inductively Coupled Potential Transformer??
Has nothing to do with overcurrent protection.

Call or write the people if possible that made the single line and ask them what it means. A lot of drawing errors are made on the blue prints and drawings, single lines are no exception, this is a very common place for errors. Check the symbol list if any. The icpt could mean some type of instant current protection on terminals or transformer etc.
