Distributed Pro/BATCH or ???

I have a job that requires many plots and pdfs to be made.
The files will be in an Intralink workspace.

Does anyone have experience with Distributed Pro/BATCH?

Is this the right tool for this type of job?

Did you find Distributed Pro/BATCH easy to use?

Or would you recommend another method such as
Innotiv Spekan Batch Tool.
