I would say that a concrete wall on a concrete foundation of whichever the kind shouldn't have bigger separation between rebars, or locking parts, than 2t, t being the lesser thickness. This is usual for any kind of plates.
Respect prefabricated parts with proprietary systems, as long as they are certified and used under the limits they are certified for, you can use the fabricator specifications.
Respect the epoxy substitutes, well, have been being done for decades. I would say the main issue at your placement is the quality of the infill, since some might exhibit plastic flow, maybe upon degradation, but well, it will be rare in any case. For coated epoxy rebar placed prior to concrete one can count on some, even if "lubricated" interlock, but for insets and depending upon the infill the same can't be said with generality. In any case the industry of adhesive bolts has its clientele and so service must be delivering. Main issue I think is fire hazard spoiling the adhesion, and fire hazard at a foundation should be a lesser one.
