Displaying multiple designs in Mechanica

Hey guys, I have a copy of Widlfire 5 from my university which came with Mechanica Lite.

I was wondering if it is possible, and if it is what the steps are to do so, to display the analysis results of multiple designs in the same window? By this I mean say I wish to compare the maximum shear stress generated in two different options for a joint, am I able to compare the two designs in the same window?
