I am doing antenna design.Does anyone wanna to advise me how to understand the dispersion diagram?

Hello,
I encounter a problem.How do you prove that the radiation pattern of a dipole 1/2 wavelength above a PEC plane is equivalent to a dipole 1/4 wavelength above a PMC plane??????
