Disappearing Tool Bars

I have been recently experiencing the problem of my tool bars disappearing in the assembly mode. I have already tried the Right Click - Toolbars.... option and the tool bars are not there to check and uncheck. Anybody have any suggestions?

Saw this problem in V12 Draft and the fix was to edit the Registry and delete the following toolbars key:
Hkey_Current_User\Software\UnigraphicsSolution\SolidedgeApplication\Detail\Toolbars
