normaly my oil has been clean for very long periods of time but lately it discolors rapidly..like to black..
could that be an over fueling situation ??
Overfueling? Probably not. Outside dirt contamination is more likely. Also, your question is a bit like calling a doctor on the telephone and saying my toe hurts, whats wrong? More info is needed (please note that this is not a fix-it-for-me forum).

In addition to the above comments from my esteemed colleagues... It's pretty hard to create soot discolourisation in the oil from an over-fuelled LPG engine as the engine just wouldn't run if it was that rich. So in my humble opinion (based on similar symptoms), the discolourisation you are seeing is caused by a cracked ring allowing burning fuel to toast the oil
Yep, toasted oil. visible soot from poor lp combustion is highly unlikely let alone visible as dilute in crankcase oil. Broken or sticking ring is the likely cause but a cracked piston is another possibility.
