Direct Injection fuel line sizes

I am interested to know what OD sizes of fuel lines are used in diesel HPCR systems and gasoline DI systems? For example, on the Ford 2.0L DI gasoline engine, the line from the high-pressure pump to the rail is .25" (6.35mm) OD. For some diesel HPCR systems, I understand that the high pressure connections may be 8mm OD / 3mm ID, or 6mm OD / 2mm ID.

Yes, you are correct, although in the case of the Ø6 mm OD the ID can be Ø2.4 mm.
