Hey everyone I'm new to these forums and it's been quite some time since I've done component level troubleshooting. So here is my question problem. I have a diode that came of a Honda '89 VTR 250 Ignitor Box. It's a normal semi-conductor diode with two silver bands. There are (from what I can tell) 3 letters and 1 number. Can any of you guys help me in identifying this? When you are looking at the diode "T G" appears on one part and they are not right next to each other. And then as you rotate it clockwise "7.H" appears in smaller font. Note that the "." is in the halfway up between the 7 and H not where a normal decimal would be but more of a multiplication sign.
Thanks for any help you can provide. Here is a picture, not mine and not the best. I will try to take some of my own in a moment.
