Check the following standards which can be purchased at
DIN 2448 Seamless Steel Pipes and Tubes; Dimensions, Conventional Masses per Unit Length

DIN EN ISO 1127
Stainless steel tubes - Dimensions, tolerances and conventional masses per unit length (ISO 1127:1992); German version EN ISO 1127:1996

ISO 2037 Stainless steel tubes for the food industry

DIN standards for butt welding fittings:
DIN 2605 part 1 & 2
DIN 2615 part 1 & 2
DIN 2616 part 1 & 2
DIN 2617

Note:
1. Fittings from part 1 are weaker than a pipe of corresponding wallthickness
2. Stainless steel fittings may be difficult to obtain with wallthicknesses to those standards. Typically only specific thicknesses are available which does not always match the fitting standards.
