Dimensioning to a tangent radius in a section view

I am having trouble placing a linear diameter dimension on the tangency/quadrant of a radius in a scaled up section view. I can place a linear dimension from the quadtrant to the centerline of the section but it will not allow me to place a linear diameter dim....
the 1.572 dimension (linear from c/l to rad) is where I want to place the linear diameter dim.
