You don't.... You create a GDT surface profile to the datum structure and add a note that says the math data is the master. You may also define zones on where you want to inspect.

I'm going to assume GDT means Geometric, Dimensioning and Tolerancing, but I'm going to have to sound ignorant and ask you what you mean by a GDT surface profile? Could you explain that a little more because my web searches about it didn't really clear up many of the questions I had.
Get yourself ASME Y14.5. Maybe someone where you work as the book that you can borrow.

Yes, it would be a good idea to get a more up to date version. It is several revisions out of date.
