dimension showing in drawing when we use merge option.

I have a machining model in which I have callled my casting model by using merge/inheritance option.
When I create a drawing, If I call any dimension from my casting model by using show/erase option I am unable to change the tolerance mode since it is disabled.Even I have changed tol_display - yes in my config.dtl
Please find the attachment.
But when I call any dimension from my machining model by using show/erase option I am able to change the tolerance mode.
