dimension problems

has anyone else had this happen to them?

when we try to dimension a round cut ( diameter or radius)it will not let us. we can dimension a round exstrution fine.I've talked to PTC and they tell me that they can not duplicate the problem with the file i sent them. it was fine with 2001 but it would work w\ wildfire. any help would be great.
