Dimension inferred while Sketching. What is the "best" order / hierarchy?

Hi
I have a question the default settings for dimension inferred while Sketching.
I think I want to move Create length dimensions to the bottom.


Has anyone changed the hierarchy (order)?
What hierarchy (order) you like best?

Also, I always get angles like 140 when I want 40 degrees. Is there a workaround?

I am using NX 8.5.3.3 MP10
