dimension at intersection

Can anyone tell me how to cause a dimension line to have a symbol at the end that signifies a corner, when dimensioning two intersecting lines that have been blended? I know you can put in an intersection symbol from Utiliy symbols, but this is different. What I'm referring to is actually part of the dimension line and appears when you create the dimension.
