Diffrent between x 60 and x65 pipe

Please any body can tell me in place of API 5L GR. X60 - PSL2 can I use API 5L GR. X65 at Design Pressure is 2250pasig and temp 76.6

If the wall thickness is correct then yes. The WT of the X65 will be at best 9% thinner, but in practice might be the same wall thickness or maybe one thickness down.

From a strength standpoint, yes. From a Code or Purchaser Specification standpoint, maybe.
