Different values for weight in weldments

Dear Folks;

I have a drawing of a weldment in SW2007 and the weights are showing up different in the cut list than they do in the cut list properties of the weldment part.

I have set both the weldment part file mass properties properties to pounds and my material is set to plain carbon steel. The weight values in the cut list are accurate but the cut list on the drawing shows weights approx 1/8 of what the cut list properties show.

Any idea what I might be missing here?
