I've never used this manual before, and now I'm using it to do a study to my university (I'm not from USA).
I can't find any response to my question in the AREMA manual, or in other books.
What's the difference between load combination I and IA of AREMA RAILWAY MANUAL for Concrete Structures? When should I use each of them? My case it's the design of a railway bridge with I-girders of prestressed concrete just with DL and LL.
