Difference between 11 kV submarine cable and normal cable

Is there any major difference between a 11 kV submarine cable and the normal cable?
I want to know specifically the cable capacitance (charging current) value. Is it almost same for both or different?

The charging current should almost be the same for both land cable and submarine (armored) cable with the same properties (i.e. conductor size, insulation thickness, etc.). The inductance will be different for submarine cable due to the armoring.

50 years ago- an old friend was told me- a 3.6/6.3 usual armored cable-pvc insulated, pvc bedded, steel strip armored and bitumen sheathed was running on the bottom of Danube-30m deep and 1000 m across.
The cable was damaged 4-10 times in a year by ship anchors.
Parallel a marine cable was running -pvc insulated also but steel wire armored and hard rubber sheathed. No damage was recorded for many years. Conclusion:
In my opinion, if the cable is built for marine conditions will withstand easily the marine environments.
