Morning Fellows,
Had some questions about pump selection for the environmental dam sparge system.
the pipe will be PN12.5, DN50, 400mm, HDPE (blue line)
Environment Dam Sparge System.
Total length: 364m of 50mm blue lined pipe PN12.5
x4 90deg elbows
x1 45deg elbow
x50 Tee pieces with 40mm take off
x50 Spray nozzles with a 6mm orifice

Suction Lift Height: BOD RL 3.50, TOD RL 9.10

Suction Length: 25m

Throttling Valve: 50mm butterfly valve calculates the valve being open 100%.

Would anyone suggest which diesel pump I can go with? TIA

RL?

TOD?

A pump which matches your flow and head requirement (which you don't specifiy....)

Looks to be a lot of nozzles for the size of pipe.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Thanks Little,
RL is survey alignment
the flow rate will be 800L/H
yeah it's nearly 50 nozzles to wash down the reservoir wall
let's assume friction loss will be 40%
I had my calculation Please find the attachment.
