I need to know the dielectrical constant of Toluene and Isopropanolo.

This info is available in the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics.

Toluene: at 0 degrees C: 2.438; at 25 degrees C: 2.379
Isopropanol: at 25 degrees C: 20.1; at negative 80 degrees C: 38.
