WE HAVE TO CONTROL PPI(540 TO 800)AS WELL Rz 8 TO 10.FOR TURNING OF COMMUTATOR (COPPER).THE PROBLEM IS TO ACHIEVE THIS SPEC WE HAVE TO REALLY GET A ZERO RADIUS TOOL OF 115 DEG.WHICH WE FIND VERY DIFFICULT TO GET.IS THERE ANY OTHER METHOD BY WHICH WE CAN GET THE ABOVE PERFORMANCE .ANYBODY HAS EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM IN COMMUTATOR MACHINING
