Dialog refresh problem

Hello everyone,

I've recently encountered a problem with the display of some dialog boxes. Sometimes, parts of the dialog are blank with missing text and buttons, but when I move the mouse pointer over the blank area, the dialog elements directly beneath the pointer reappear. See attached image.

Look's like a graphical driver issue, did you check if you graph card is on the certified drivers list by Siemens.

I updated the graphics driver, and it works fine now. Still it's strange how that happened because the previous driver was only a few months old.

Later version is not necessary better, when Nvidia updates the driver to fix something, it's very easily happens that they break something different. Graphics drivers are obviously extremely sensitive software and NX is in turn very sensitive to the graphics driver. ( i have no experience of other cad packages but 23 years experience of NX...)
The recommended practice is to first use the Siemens recommended version and if that does not work, then try something different.
