deyhdrator customers - natural gas

Dear forum members:

I have recently read an article on expert systems for natural gas pipeline operations. In that article they had categorized natural gas customers as (1) industrial, (2) heat-sensitive and (3) deyhdrator customers based on their demand profile during the day. The first two categories are more or less intuitive; however I could not figure out what would a dehydrator customer would be...

I would appreciate your help or any suggestions to search further.

I once commissioned a water de-aeration unit which input gas at a column base. The gas travelling up the column absorbed the air and was vented. The water was used for re-injection into wells.
