Hello All,
I'm in California and I am looking for the references regarding the rules for a design storm event in Southern California. I know there where to find the design storm events for capture and treat BMPs, but before those regulations were implemented I'm sure there were regulations out there that regulated what size of a storm a commercial facility should be designed to handle. Any tips or direction for those rules?
