A few past ASME Nuclear Team Leaders, are considering to perform a Training seminar in India, the first or 2nd qtr. of 2015. The training will help participants to understand and comply with ASME Section III,NCA 3800, 3900 & 4000, Quality Program Requirements.

I would be interested to hear your opion for need for this type of Training, also suggested Topics you might feel benificial.
Kind Regards

First, I am by no means an expert in this area. My general comments are:

Is the nuclear industry in India large enough to support such a seminar?
Is the intended audience personnel from Indian fabrication facilities supporting the nuclear power industry?
Are there enough of these type people to support the seminar?
Will the seminar be affordable for the intended audience?
How will this seminar be marketed to draw sufficient attendance?

There may well be fabricators in India trying to qualify for nuclear fabrication requiring these qualifications
