Determining exact GPM flow rate of an evaporator to obtain proper temp

I have engineered a refrigeration system to utilize a particular number of evaporators to cool the room in question. I must now supply the required GPM to the manufacturer so a proper balance valve may be installed to maintain the correct flow, as well as to be sized correctly. How does one determine what the actual GPM requirement is to maintain this evaporator temperature?
