hello
I found a failur transformer in the my device, it is variable output step down.
the transformer has no I/O plate, I haven't the service manual of this device , so i cant determine the specification of this transformer , is there any method to determine the specification of this transformer

note :the transformer have only 208225-001-4 regional MFG specialists,INC
I tried searching by Google but nothing.

If you have it, then take it off your device. Then try to investigate; no. of turns, size of wire, core dimensions, etc.

how important is it to you? If it MUST be replaced and work, why take it apart yourself if you do not know xfmr design details? A lot of xfmr mfgrs will offer to take it apart, reverse engineer it, and build you a replacement. Consider finding them. Of course if it is a small little thing it may not be worth the effort for most xfmr mfgrs.... did you also consider contacting the product mfgr and see if they will sell you a replacement?
