Detailing for Overlapping Areas

So I had this retaining wall section that is all good and detailed. Problem is along its run is a sudden bend, like a 30deg bend if you know what I mean. As such, there would be an area where the reinforcement would be much denser due to overlapping. Is there any provision for this? Or just some industry standard to follow.

You should provide a fillet at interior having width around 600 mm. You may prefer chamfering of the sharp corner.
