NX 7.5.5 - Have an engineer that has a detail view off a base view on Sheet 4 and the detail circle in the base view has disappeared. The circle is around the actual detail view but not in the base view.
have checked the detail circle and it says it is on layer 40. Checked that layer 40 is on in all views and sheets but still not circle.

Any one have any possible ways to get this circle to show back up? have also done a part clean up with no success.

have attached a pic of the issue

Right click the label and choose "edit view label"; check that the "label on parent" option is set to what you want (it may be set to "none", in which case there would be no circle in the parent view).

Thanks for the help. I was able to find it by going to the hide show function. Not sure how it become hidden but was able to use the show command and it stayed shown in the base view.
Thanks again

I think there is a "hide" option on the menu when the detail view is created
Next time just make sure it's unchecked when the view is created
