How do I display the structure of an assembly, obtained with the DESK command, in the CATDrawing module?

Same way. The drawing is linked to the assy, so it will open the same Desk window.

Does exist solution in CATIA V5? I want to get the hierarchical structure of the drawing (numbers of drawings) in the drafting module, similar to the Desk command

No way. Drawings are linked to the 3D, they are not separate and linked between them...in fact, what do you want to do?

I want to graphically represent parent/children relationship between ident. number (exampl. parent ABC24.05.01 has children ABC24.05.01.001 etc...) of drawings (CATIA V5, not 3DEXPERIENCE!!!!!).

if you save your CATProduct as .txt, you will get all the different levels, albeit in a "retro" feel...
