Hi everyone.
Finally, I made a parametric spur gear on NX and decided to create a tutorial. I hope this would be useful for you.

First, download and install TechSmith Screen Capture Codec:

Then download the following files and extract them via WinRAR into a folder:

Remember, before you try, set your NX Roles to Advanced with full menus. By the way, in order to better understanding review the parameters comment in Expression dialog box.
