Hi all,
New to the site and somewhat new to Solidworks.

I'm having an issue on a part I'm trying to create. I'm not exactly sure about the best method for creating it.

It seems as though the best option is to use surface modeling, but I'm still lost as to how I should approach it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
