I am designing a 4 mw furnace to fire woodchip (h.v 2800 kj/kg,moisture 30%)to supply heat for a steam generator.The furnace is step-pushed-grate.Grating ares is 5.2 sq,m. 1.3m width 4m lomg The incline angle is 15. Upper part of the furnace is watercool wall.Lower part is firebrick wall.Every suggestion for this design are welcome.
